- Reviewed and evaluated essential written policies and procedures for game day management of football and basketball programs
- Developed in conjunction with the University a comprehensive court incursion plan for home basketball games at the Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum
- Assessed specific game day operations for both the football and basketball programs. This included specific written recommendations on improvement to the overall game day experience at both Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum and Allegacy Federal Credit Union Stadium
