East Carolina University Athletics partnered with TREM Consulting for a holistic review of a football game day at Dowdy-Ficklin Stadium. TREM leadership attended multiple football games and gave a thorough assessment of our operations – event management, parking, concessions and general game day logistics. ECU Athletics found TREM to be exceptionally thorough in their process, professional and solution oriented to assist and guide us in creating a better game day atmosphere for our fan base. - Evaluated the overall game day operations for multiple football games at the Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium and developed recommendations for increased efficiency
- Specifically reviewed premium areas and the stadium command post at the request of East Carolina. Developed recommendations for more efficient functionality of existing spaces
- Appraise the perimeter of Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium to include the student tailgate area, gate entrances and vehicle parking. Assessed areas of improvement for each of the locations and activities and provided written recommendations for improvement
